Kath Embling Founder & Creative Director
Kath is our creative magician with over 10 years’ experience developing brands, devising marketing concepts and managing social media channels for companies of all shapes and sizes.
Prior to starting Bright Sprout, Kath was a senior creative at one of Europe’s largest media agencies where she worked with hundreds of businesses across the UK.
Kath loves nothing more than helping business owners build their brand and find their unique-selling-point so they can stand out from the crowd.
Outside of work Kath can usually be found running, climbing or concocting questionable porridge recipes!
Jenny Clarke Co-Founder & Digital Director
Jenny leads all things digital at Bright Sprout and is otherwise known as our PPC, SEO and technical wizard!
Jen has more than 10 years’ digital marketing experience and has worked across a variety of sectors, leading teams as well as getting thoroughly stuck in to the nitty gritty of campaign management.
Jenny loves piecing together the marketing puzzle for our clients to get the very best results. She is also a big fan of breaking down digital marketing jargon into something that actually makes sense!
Outside of work Jenny can be found eating her way around the world, chasing her daughter around the park, and pretending that she still does triathlons.
Eliza Gallagher Marketing Executive
Marketing exec, copywriting superstar and all round creative wonder-woman, every team needs an Eliza.
A skilled marketer with bonus experience in education, Eliza loves using her writing and graphic design skills to help businesses soar to new heights!
Outside of the office, she is a true crime fanatic, avid console gamer and self-confessed bookworm with her love of literature spanning from Charlotte Brontë to Stephen King.
Arthur Carter Digital Marketing Executive
Arthur is our Digital Marketing Exec, specialising in SEO and PPC. He has a diverse personal and professional background, providing a unique perspective on marketing strategy within different industries. Arthur loves all things digital marketing and enjoys exploring how businesses can best connect with the online world.
An avid sportsman, outside the office you can find him throwing himself about on the football pitch, enjoying some classic house anthems or exploring different cultures and experiences.
Tom Skarbek-Wazynski Designer & Full Stack Developer
Tom is a designer and full-stack developer that runs a small studio called Ninesenses and is a trusted partner of ours. He has over 15 years of experience planning, designing and developing extraordinary websites and apps, including this one!
Previously, he was the lead Innovation Developer at Lancaster University, where he helped to start the Innovation Hub. Before that, he was a design partner at Single Malt and a co-founder and lead developer of Porter’s Coffee.
Tom always tries to look at a project from the perspective of the business and their customers to deliver the best possible experience for both.
Outside of the studio, Tom will be found playing with his daughter and puppy, and if he can find some time between that, a quick game on the PlayStation.
